Summary:
Setup, configure, troubleshoot, analyze, and repair Performance Improvement SharePoint / WEB site.
Responsibilities:
Manage and check the overall server health and functionality.
Managing SharePoint permissions.
Analyze and report upon SharePoint usage and activity.
Monitor SharePoint trends.
Maintain multiple pages on SharePoint site daily.
Assist users with access to shared folders.
Prepare monthly slides for project review meetings using data gathered on SharePoint site.
Prepare reports for screening committees.
Prepare quarterly trend data based on data gathered on SharePoint site.
Qualifications/Competencies/
Experience:
Bachelor''s degree in related field required
Strong knowledge and understanding in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server and products
Strong knowledge and understanding in Microsoft Access Database
Experience with WEB page design and development
Works independently with minimal guidance.
Usually determines own work priorities.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Applies knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and nonstandard situations.
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal/external business issues to improve products or services for Performance Improvement.
